Kritton is only available for UNIX systems. It is very unlikely that there will ever be an official port to Windows. The latest Kritton version is 0.4.2 .  You can also view all Kritton releases here. 
Here is a source prerelease of Kritton 0.5, intended for testing purposes mainly, and here is a debian package.
